2K announced that NBA 2K21 is now available on next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series around the world. A game that has been created from the ground up to take full advantage of the incredible power, speed, and technology of the new systems from Sony and Microsoft. The new features for this title represent a never-before-seen advancement for the Visual Concepts franchise, with mechanics that will take advantage of the haptic functions and adaptive triggers of the PS5 DualSense controller so that users feel even the slightest collision of players in the games. To celebrate the premiere of the title, the company has published a launch trailer in which it compresses all the main attributes of NBA 2K21.
NBA 2K21 next-gen features: Graphics and Realism – You can experience NBA basketball with a level of realism never before seen in video games, with a very high level of immersion that incorporates the Rail Cam and transports the player to the court, with a new perspective only available in the new generation systems. Ultra-fast loading times – SSDs in next-gen consoles allow NBA 2K21’s loading speed to be infinitely faster than the PS4 and Xbox One version. Just launch the game and instantly start playing. More than 150 NPCs – The court is more alive than ever with more than 150 NPCs that add color to the entire NBA experience. From journalists, fans, and employees doing their work, NBA 2K21 has polished every detail to deliver the most realistic experience possible. Smoother Gameplay – The next-gen version of NBA 2K21 features substantial gameplay improvements, with a new impact engine that improves collisions and a new foot plant technology that allows you to shoot 3-pointers after stepping back. Next-gen exclusive game modes: The City – Say goodbye to the Neighborhood and say hello to The City. This new game mode has a map much larger than the Neighborhood and four districts that will fight sportively for the supremacy of the city.
